Dr. Tina C. Martin

Dr. Tina C. Martin was raised in northwestern Ohio. She went to Bowling Green State University for her undergraduate studies, majoring in chemistry and playing on the womens golf team. Her graduate studies were completed at the Ohio State University, College of Optometry. Dr. Martin has practiced in a wide variety settings since she moved here in 1982. Dr. Martin practices general optometry but has a special interest in children's vision and vision therapy. She and her two children enjoy the desert and mountain settings that Utah offers while residing in Sandy.



Dr. D. Lee Tanner

Dr. Lee Tanner was raised in Murray, Utah. He graduated from Murray High School and completed his undergraduate degree at Bingham Young University. His professional education was received at Southern California College of Optometry where he earned his doctorate degree in optometry. He has served as a board member and as the president of the Utah Optometric Association. He also served as a board member of the Great Western Council of Optometrists which covers nine western states. Dr. Tanner also served eight years as a board member of the Optometry Licensing Board for the state of Utah. He has been in private optometry practice since earning his doctorate degree. He is also an attending optometric physician at the George E. Whalen Veterans Hospital in Salt Lake City. Dr. Tanner works as a general optometrist dealing with all aspects of eye care, but he particularly enjoys the areas of diabetic eye disease and keratoconus contact lens fitting. Dr. Tanner and his wife Jolie have two daughters, Carly and Katelynn. They reside in Murray.



Debbie Judd

Debbie is from a military family, giving her the opportunity to see much of the country. She lived in western Washington for the past 30 years where she raised her family. Just recently, Debbie moved to Salt Lake City from the Seattle/Tacoma area. She has been in the optical field for the past 9 years. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has five children, two sons and three daughters. Three of her children still reside in Washington, while one daughter lives in Wyoming and one daughter resides in Salt Lake City. She loves traveling between the states to visit her 6 grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors and her hobbies include latin dancing, hiking and cooking.



Julia M. Sumens

Julia was raised in the deserts of southern Utah. While there she found her passion for the outdoors, and all the wonder Utah had to offer. Her hobbies include cooking, dancing and photography. She is working toward getting her art published. After moving to the Salt Lake Valley in the summer of 2009, she joined the team at Family Center Vision Clinic. She started in optics over ten years ago and, after a break, is happy to return to the field. She is the youngest daughter of five children, three brothers and one sister. She is very close to her family and loves to spend time with them.
